Tea time = Happy Hour: Every afternoon 1 hour before dinner the cooks will let on the dining table pop-corn, biscuits, coffee, chocolate, different type of teas, hot water, etc. this is because after a day of hiking many are hungry and it is a bit annoying to wait till dinner that why we provide tea time.

start of the tour Short inca trail to Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu. Early morning transfer from your hotel to the train station. Train from Cusco to kilometre 104, going through the Sacred Valley. Then we get off in the starting point of this trek. Later we cross the suspension bridge to get at the Chachabamba Inca’s site and after a brief visit, begins a three hours walking upwards until the archeological site known as the Wiñaywayna; this site is well known as the spiritual place of the hike. After that we keep walking until the Intipunku (Sun`s Gate). From there we can see the classic view of Machu Picchu. In addition after walking half an hour down we`ll get at one of the most important archaeological sites of the world: Machu Picchu. Then we are going to take the bus to get at Aguas Calientes village, for spending the night in a hotel.

After an early breakfast, we are going to take the bus upwards to Machu Picchu, where well`ll be earlier than the other groups. Then we`ll have a Machu Picchu tour during two and half an hour with the Tour Guide. After that, you will have free time to explore Machu Picchu Citadel by yourself. Once more, we have to go back to Aguas Calientes Village (Machu Picchu Town) you can take one of the busses back to Aguas Calientes to have the rest of the day to yourself to wander, buy souvenirs, or visit the local hot springs Machu Picchu which has an entrance fee of 10 Peruvian Nuevos Soles. You´ll stay overnight in the same hotel.

Today we´ll start with a breakfast at the hotel before we head back to Machu Picchu. We´ll take a bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu. Depending on your entrance time for Huayna Picchu you can walk around for a while before entering, but they are very strict about the entrance times, so make sure to be on time! You will need to show your entrance ticket for Huayna Picchu and your passport. If you had a student discount when you booked, you will also need to show your ISIC (International Student Identity Card) Once more, we have to go back to Aguas Calientes Village to take the afternoon train to return to Cusco. Finally, we have a transfer from the train station to the hotel.
